Getting Ready for Baby Elle

Baby Elle Carol Rainbolt is scheduled to arrive on April 15, 2013.  She'll be our Tax Day baby!  We anticipate that she'll be great with numbers!  Big Brother Brisco has done so much to help Mommy and Daddy get ready for her arrival!
Daddy and Papa John have been working so hard upstairs.  We're so excited for it to be finished soon!  Until then, Baby Elle's room will be Aunt Katie's old room.  We were so sorry that it was time for Aunt Katie to move into her new condo.  She lived with us for six years, and we absolutely loved having her!  I'm not sure what we'll do without her extra set of hands...she was so helpful to us!
Brisco really enjoyed lining up his trains on Aunt Katie's empty book cases:
Baby Elle's Sprinkle:
Mom, Mrs. Halso, Katie, and Molly threw a sprinkle to help us prepare for Baby Elle.  This was one of the sweetest parties I have ever attended!  Everything was girlie, fun, relaxing, delicious...and our friends really assisted us with adding some "pink" to our baby collection.  We have beautiful pics of the party, but I cannot get them to download.  More to come later!
As you can see, Baby Elle was very sprinkled!
We have some pics of our makeshift nursery until we move upstairs.  It came out super cute!  Many thanks to mom and sisters for helping prepare the room for our little girl!
All packed-up for the hospital:
That closet looks very "pink"!

Easter 2013

We spent most of our Easter getting ready for Baby Elle's arrival!  I don't think Brisco missed out on any fun, though!  Next year...FLORIDA, for sure!
True to Thompson-Bonbrisco family tradition, the Easter Bunny rang our doorbell.  Outside, was a huge package from the Easter Bunny and Gamma and Papa.  This included Brisco's new "motocycle":
We tried "Bunnyville" at the Detroit Zoo, along with the rest of Metro-Detroit.  It was such a beautiful day!
Easter morning:
Very first PEEP:
A new Thomas sweatshirt!
Heading to brunch at Nicholas and Alina's house:
We had Easter dinner at our house.  Brisco was so cute with Grandma Bonbrisco!  He loved showing her his new fishing puzzle!

"Daddy's Working on the Brown Trucks"

As part of his leadership training, Matt took a huge business trip to Chicago.  He was gone for ten days!  It's definitely the longest he's been away from Brisco.  We also calculated that it was the longest we've been apart, since we were married.  We missed him so much!  So thankful for family and friends.  They kept us really busy!
Brisco was soooooo happy when Daddy came home:

This picture is real blurry, but Matt is definitely THE BEST LOOKING of all the UPSers!
Breakfast with Grandpa Bill:
Brisco and I sent Daddy lots and lots of pics:
Of course we had a huge snow will Daddy was gone:
Papa and Gamma took us to Disney on Ice:
We had a little bit of play time outside:
Brisco was so proud to take apple slices to school:

Great Wolf Lodge

Over February break, we joined the Bayster's at Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, MI.  Andrew and Brisco are a great age for that place!  The adults were a little overwhelmed at first, but we quickly acclimated.  Such fun times had by all!
